The hotel vendors guarantee us that our Negotiated Rates are lower than any public distribution channel.

Our clients are guaranteed “last room availability”, that allow us to secure your reservations even if the hotel is reaching full capacity. Some of our clients have specific hotel vendors they want to use and feel these are the best hotel rates because of the consistency they bring to them. These Preferred low hotel rates are permanent in our hotel database and are also offered on weekends and holidays.

The average vacation will save a few hundred dollars from what they would normally have to pay if they were booking on their own through any other distribution channel. You will be provided with a “walk policy” agreement that the hotel vendors offer, and if needed will provide alternate accommodations for at least equal or same value if the hotel is completely sold out.
